Prospera Leads specializes in premium lead generation solutions for high-ticket consultants, coaches, and service providers.

We use a unique combination of strategic manual research, AI-powered tools, and professional outreach to deliver qualified leads through highly personalized methods.

We offer three service tiers tailored to your goals:

Prestige

Each package includes a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables — transparently discussed with you prior to purchase.

  1. Service Duration

All services are offered on a monthly basis. Renewals are entirely optional and based on your satisfaction. Your service period officially begins once payment is confirmed.

  1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full and in advance via Payoneer. During the transaction, the legal name “Rupam Barman” may appear. This is our official and secure payment identity.

Once payment is successfully processed, we begin your project immediately — without delay.

  1. Refund Policy

We stand behind the value we deliver and offer a 50% refund under the following conditions:

Your request must be made within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

Refunds will not be processed after 7 days.

Refunds do not cover dissatisfaction related to the performance of your service or offer — as lead conversion is outside our control.

Please note: We do not guarantee sales, since outcomes depend on your offer, communication, and service quality. However, we do guarantee delivery of high-quality, hand-verified leads, as clearly promised in your selected package.

  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure mutual success, you agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information about your business.

Respond in a timely and respectful manner.

Use the leads ethically and responsibly.

Communicate professionally throughout the collaboration.

If these expectations are not met, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services without refund.

  1. Lead Data Handling & Confidentiality

All lead data is permanently deleted from our system after successful delivery.

We do not store, sell, or reuse your leads.

We do not share your strategies, communication methods, or any part of your project with any third party.

Your business information remains completely confidential and secure with us.

  1. Intellectual Property

All research frameworks, outreach templates, and strategic assets created by Prospera Leads remain our intellectual property unless we explicitly transfer them to you.

This ensures that our unique processes remain protected, while you receive full use of the deliverables.

  1. No Earnings Guarantee

While our goal is to help you grow, we do not promise or guarantee specific sales, profits, or revenue.

Your results depend on many external factors, such as your offer, communication, and overall client experience. We focus on delivering the best possible leads — with integrity and precision.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to excellence, but we are not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages including:

Business losses

Missed opportunities

Third-party disputes

Conversion challenges

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work we provide, as defined in your selected plan.

  1. Use of Business Name & Payment Identity

Prospera Leads is operated under a personal Payoneer account for now. During payment, you may see the name “Rupam Barman” — this is our legal and verified payment channel.

This setup is completely legal, secure, and does not affect the safety or quality of your experience.

  1. Future Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect improvements, transparency, or legal updates. Any updates will be published with a new effective date. You will always be informed with clarity and respect.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the laws of India. All matters will be handled professionally, fairly, and with mutual respect.
